Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ipc Contec PC-586 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued National products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader National such as the PXI4472 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFA2004106010050 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S5H400CW by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Unique-Mobility-Inc. Brand PP135 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Branson such as S8000 equipment made by Branson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Branson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Branson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S42024C3218C1 made by Siemens as well as the popular PXC100E96A original spares produced by Landis--Gyr

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PIRECLA1B1W2 by Det-Tronics and S8000 spares by Branson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S801T24N3B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
